Not With You Alone – Nitzavim

In this teaching, Ross covers material found in Torah Reading Nitzavim (Deuteronomy 29:10-30:20). Specifically, he considers the identity of the audience to whom Moses addresses these words. To whom is Moses speaking? Most read these texts as historical documents, and indeed they are, but Ross shows in this class that Moses is addressing an audience other than his contemporaries in this Torah Reading.
